Learn the basics of creating a program, and see your program come to life. This is the perfect camp for anyone who wants to learn coding and doesn’t have prior experience. Each camper receives their own programmable circuit board along with materials to build and program their own interactive electronic devices, like an automated fan that relies on a temperature sensor, an automated plant watering system connected to a moisture sensor or an alarm system automated by a weight sensor. Use your imagination to discover the possibilities!

This camp will meet online from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 to 4 p.m. daily. Campers will spend another 1 to 3 hours each day constructing and testing their projects, some of which may also be online. This camp is recommended for students in grades 6-9 but may be accessible to older students or younger students with additional support.

Please note this camp includes an additional $50 materials fee to cover the cost of the supplied components.
